Method
* Preheat oven to 180˚C
1. Place cut potatoes into a large bowl.
2. Drizzle the oil over the potatoes and toss until they are well coated.
3. Line a roasting pan with baking paper and layer the potatoes evenly.
4. Place tray onto the middle rail of the oven until browned (approximately 40 minutes).
5. During cooking, gently turn potatoes once to brown evenly.
