Ingredients
Organic Stuffing: * Tip: Organic Chicken can be used
250g Organic apricot & mango dried stuffing
White wine or water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Herb Butter:
250g Organic butter, room temp.
2 Massel ultracubes chicken style, crumbled
1 teaspoon of mixed herbs
Season with ground peppercorn
Method
Organic Stuffing:
1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients adding enough wine so the stuffing becomes moist.
Herb Butter:
1. Combine butter, Massel ultracubes, mixed herbs and ground peppercorn.
2. Refrigerate until slightly firm.
3. Gently separate the turkey skin from the breast meat and legs.
4. Place small amounts the butter mixture evenly.
5. Baste turkey throughout cooking time.
